"As reported about this branch, the counter service was bad. Actually, it's the auntie taking the orders. She was abrasive. She's obviously in a hurry to move orders along even tho it was after 3 pm, after the peak lunch hours. If you bring up a point about her, she would or must argue back. When I asked her how to get hold of the management's contact no or email address, she claimed she didn't know and told me to find out for myself. In contrast to her, the uncle thanked me when I returned my tray and bade me farewell. I made sure I was just as pleasant as he was. So it is this auntie who unnecessarily gets under your skin. It's like back to the 60s and early 70s where people like her had no graces and behave as if the customers owe her! Anyone has the contact no for EATs? Or email address? Many thanks!" - Review By BT
