Review - Best DENKI at Junction 8

1. I would like to thank Marshall (road show at the atrium) who sold me a 55” Samsung TV, for his patience n excellent service. He showed sincere salesmanship in explaining my needs n performance of the TV that prompted me to buy the TV.

2. Being over 70+ yrs old, unable to sign up for the TV warranty, I seek help from the shop, three weeks later, the first salesman (forgot to take note of his name) was very unapproachable, he refused to guide me n walked away. With this type of attitude, no wonder, the shop has no business. Feeling frustrated, I approached another salesman, his name was Lawrence, who not only kindly explained, guided n helped me get into the Samsung website, despite facing some difficulties, he tried again n again n managed to register the TV warranty for me.

"Was very disappointed with my experience at Best Denki yesterday 22 November at evening 5pm plus . Was looking to buy an electric shaver for my son as a birthday present . Sales person attended to me and advised me the Braun series 6 shaver is a good buy and after the best discount ,retailing at $119 . Me and my wife explained to her that we are still looking around, but she said it's the last third day of the three days sales and this shaver will not be lower price anymore.  So we bought the shaver.  Today from our surprise, the shaver is advertised in newspaper at $99 for the Black November sales . Was very disappointed in the way the sales at Best Denki conduct their sales duties ,  They shouldn't advise us that it's the lowest price ever for this model .  Will never ever go back to Denki for future purchase.
