"Ordered TV console from Exclusivia on 26 Nov 2024. Was advised that delivery will take 15-25 working days to arrive. Basically, after waited for 25 working days, there’s no notification or message from Exclusivia to inform customer of the delivery updates. All this while, it has been the customer who keeps following up with Exclusivia and their response is slow and always reply you with a standard answer [We will follow up with our xxx team and get back to you].
