My experience at this place was overall positive. The sales staff, especially Ms JoJo, was very helpful and provided great customer service.
She was thorough in explaining the products and always had a pleasant attitude. I also appreciate the patience of the male staff who allowed me to try on multiple pairs of sandals.
However, there were some instances where the staff seemed reluctant to assist in bringing out shoes from the store for customers to try on. This aspect could be improved to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Overall, I had a pleasant shopping experience and would consider returning to this place for future purchases. -
