"I bought a package from extra sweet staff Cecilia. Package for color n treatment. Checked with her can use for haircut and wash for My girls she answered no problem can bring them. Once had the hair cut and wash she said my package cannot use. I pay an amount and I'm not allowed to use . I told her in this case my package is useless. I have money with u but u won't use. She said u need to top up more money to take back package. Already their shop shows haircut 10 but she deducted 20. I still have 56 dollars with them . Wonder why this trade of collecting money and wanting more money upon giving services will stop in Singapore. A lot of customers are unaware when they are cheated.
