"Title: Unprofessional and Unfriendly Front Desk Staff

I have visited this clinic multiple times, and while my previous experiences were positive, my recent visits have been disappointing due to the behavior of the front desk staff.

On my first visit, the receptionist, a Malay lady wearing a hijab, was unfriendly and dismissive when I asked questions. She seemed uninterested in assisting me and displayed a poor attitude.

On my next visit, I encountered the same receptionist along with another staff member. Both of them were eating at the counter while attending to patients, speaking to us while still chewing their food. This came across as unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect a certain level of courtesy and attentiveness.

I believe professionalism and good customer service should be a priority, especially in a clinic where patients may already be feeling unwell or stressed. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service for future visitors." - Review By Nur Fazira
