"Very very bad experience. Brought my mom there and enrolled her for Healthier SG with the clinic. Impression during 1st visit...Very sales-oriented clinic. Thinking if overall experience is acceptable, then it's fine. But Very disappointed after the visit.

Went back for 2nd visit for blood test. Thoroughly disappointed, decided to switch to another clinic. Communication break down between doctor and assistant. Yet they are defensive. Rude assistant. Both doctor and assistant refused to listen but expect patients and family to listen. When you tell them off, they turn off their defensive mode and said we never listen when their explanation or everything they said are very contradicting. I have to tell the doctor just finish up that's it. We are not interested to talk to them or listen anymore. Full of crabs!!!!

Prescribed medication to ease my mom's nerve pain but no explanation on side effects. We assumed the meds are similar to what my mom took previously so we never ask. And to our surprised, the medications were very ex. This is the 2nd doctor I encountered who prescribed expensive meds. The other one is Healthplus at Bedok Reservoir. Heard similar comments from others who have visited the clinic too. Do patients really need these meds??? I have blacklist these 2 clinics. 2 days after starting on the medications, my mom started to experience side effects - breathlessness, weak and subsequently water retention in the legs. Another 2 days later, she felt unwell, water retention in the legs got worst and could not really walk. Went to nearby GP and was asked to send her to A&E as there is fluid building around the lungs and breathlessness got worst. All the symptoms she is experiencing are side effects of the meds.

She had to be admitted for checks and tests. As of now, it's 3 days in the hospital. She had stopped taking the med on the morning she was admitted. And after clearing the fluids from her body, her condition has improved. All blood tests seems to show her condition is stable. Still waiting for final echo test results. If test result shows she is fine, this will proof us right. Doctors who prescribed expensive med to make money ought to be penalized." - Review By Amilyn
