"Booked the appointment. Gone for the appointment on time or rather 30mins earlier. Registration done at the clinic. After waiting for 1 hour plus, staff told me that they do not have the vaccine for my mother. Very upset and disappointed with how the system and the clinic works. Do not have the vaccine on hand why appointment is still bookable. And before that, Staffs are not able to let my mother skip the queue or should say priority her since she is old with demantia and on wheelchair. Got a very negative experience with minmed clinic at woodlands. Will never visit this clinic again." - Review By Wilson
