My experience at this place was a mix of positive and negative. On one hand, there were instances where the service was slow and unhelpful, with sales personnel pushing customers off to others who never arrived.
However, on the other hand, there were shining examples of excellent customer service, such as Coreen and Karen, who went above and beyond to assist customers in need. Coreen was particularly helpful in providing urgent assistance when our water filter stopped working and even arranged for technicians to come during lunch.
These instances show that there is potential for great customer service at this place, but improvements need to be made in terms of consistency and overall efficiency. -
