"I had an awesome experience today visiting the Yishun Branch. I had actually visited the store a few days ago with my sister when I was looking for a specific piece of jewelry. And had the good fortune to meet Chloe Wong, a Senior Brand Ambassador. Chloe was extremely patient, very helpful and super nice. When we left after that first visit, I remember saying to my sister that it felt like a comfortable place to shop at. There were no pressures to purchase anything and I felt welcomed. So coming back today to make my purchases was an easy choice. Chloe helped me finalize my purchases with patience and care, and I am happy with the pieces I chose.
