"PRIME ALWAYS GIVES ME A PROBLEM OF WRONG PRICING BETWEEN THE RECEIPT N THE ADVERTISED PRICE ON THE SHELF, PREV THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR 2 ITEMS I HAVE TO WALK BACK TO CLAIM FROM THEM, BOTH VEG. ALTHOUGH NOT A BIG SUM IT JUST DONT SIT WELL WITH ME, TODAY THEY OVERCHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THE CELERY WHICH I SAW IS 2.XX BUT CHARGED 3.45. SHAME ON U FOR CHEATING OLD WOMAN LIKE ME. I FORGOT TO CHECK BEFORE I WALK HOME , AS THE RAIN HAS STARTED I WAS IN A HURRY N FORGOT TO CHECK.

I WILL TRY NOT TO BUY ANYMORE STUFFS THERE. UNLESS OTHER SUPERMARKETS DONT HAVE THE STUFFS. LAST TIME ONE STAFF WAS VERY FIERCE TO ME N FAMILY ALSO. WHEN MY SON WHO IS LESS THAN 6 YRS OLD MESS UP THEIR DISPLAY ONE GUY IS VERY RUDE TO US. WHENEVER I GO THERE HE GAVES ME A BLACK FACE AT THE ADM MRT THERE. SINCE THEN I SELDOM TO THERE.

RECENTLY THEIR NEW BRANCH OR RENOVATED BRANCH OPENS SO I WENT THERE FOR A FEW TIMES. I THINK NEXT TIME I BUY AT GIANT OR NTUC BETTER. SO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES N WRONG PRICING." - Review By Z CHUNG
