"(The dentist) come late and unprofessional; I will not be returning. The receptionist was also unclear and kept changing my appointment. I originally scheduled my appointment for 4 PM, but I was suddenly asked to come in at 3:45 PM due to an emergency with the doctor. Then it was changed again to 5 PM, which I accepted. After a few minutes, I was told it was moved to 5:20 PM. I agreed but reminded her not to change my appointment time again, and she assured me it wouldn’t.

I arrived at the dental clinic at 5:08 PM, and the receptionist asked me to get an X-ray without informing me of the price. I refused to do X-ray. We continued to wait for the doctor, and at 5:40 PM, I inquired about when the doctor would arrive. The receptionist said the doctor was supposed to be there at 5:30 PM. Hello, now 5:40 PM already, u told me doctor came on 5:30pm? there was still no follow-up on the doctor's arrival. Finally, the doctor arrived at 5:45 PM and did not apologize for the delay.

The cleaning and polishing took only 8 minutes and cost $140. The doctor cleaned my teeth very roughly. I have had my teeth polished many times before, but this was the first time I experienced such unprofessionalism from a doctor." - Review By Ki*
