"Disappointing Experience with Doctor Memo Request

I recently had a frustrating experience at this clinic while requesting a doctor’s memo for my company’s claim process. Despite multiple attempts to contact the clinic by phone, I was unable to reach anyone. As a result, I had to walk in personally to make my request while the doctor was present. However, I was not allowed to speak with the doctor directly and was only able to communicate through the front desk staff.

Additionally, I was informed that the doctor does not provide memos via email, which made the process even more inconvenient. After waiting for nearly two weeks and following up with the clinic, I was finally told to come in because the doctor needed to see me personally before issuing the memo. Upon my visit, the doctor provided the memo and charged me $20 for it.

I was quite surprised by this charge, as other neighborhood clinics do not impose such fees. Even when I showed proof of a recently issued doctor’s memo from another clinic that did not charge a fee, the staff firmly stated that their doctor charges for every memo request.

While I understand that each clinic has its own policies, I found the lack of communication, long wait time, and additional charges to be disappointing. I hope the clinic can improve its customer service and provide clearer policies regarding administrative requests." - Review By Not applicable
