She clearly explained the option to walk in, including the additional fees incurred without an appointment. However, upon my arrival, she kindly informed me that a cancellation had opened up a slot, allowing me to be seen without the extra charges. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and proactive approach, which made my visit much smoother.

Excellent Care from Dr. Benjamin Dr. Benjamin, who attended to my rabbit, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and care. He was incredibly detailed, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all my questions and concerns were fully addressed. His thorough explanations gave me great confidence in the care my rabbit received.
