"Went for a dinner with my wife at the above outlet at Woodleigh Mall (A & W) this evening and was very angry with the service and food. We orderes 2 sets of Chicken Meal with drink. The chicken served are cold as compared to the previous visit. Upon feedback to the manager of the store, she insist that chicken are hot and upon presentation to her, she recluantly replace the chicken. By then, our appedite had gone down the drain and we decide to pack the chicken home. The Chinese staff at the counter was very rude in the service upon request for the take away. She should be remove from front line duties and designate to back end works. Look like we are going to give this store a miss for a long time to come." - Review By Richard Goh
