Based on the customer reviews, the yam buns at Bakeinc are highly recommended as they are tasty, substantial, and generously filled. The service staff at the Kitchener Rd branch are friendly and helpful. However, there was a bad experience where a customer was not believed about a payment made through PayNow and was asked to pay double for a cake.
The Cream Cheese Waffle and Ham and Cheese pie are also recommended. At City Square Mall, a senior Chinese lady staff handled a rude customer calmly. There was also a negative review about the tiramisu, describing it as the worst ever.
