Known locally as 'Cha Chaan Teng', the café is famous for its egg tarts, which are made with a time-tested technique of freezing the dough overnight and folding 192 layers for a deliciously crispy shell. The egg tarts are baked daily to maintain their freshness. In addition to the egg tarts and Hong Kong Milk Tea, Honolulu Café offers other popular items from its menu for an authentic Cha Chaan Teng experience.
