Hua Cheng Education Centre was established in 2000 by a team of experienced NIE trained teachers, with guidance from their advisor Dr Zhang Yen Ming, a former Assoc Professor from NIE-NTU. They have developed their own curriculum and teaching methods for Chinese language instruction. The centre has dedicated efforts to consistently enhance and improve their curriculum and teaching methods in order to achieve further success.
