Based on the customer reviews, the overall customer experience of the place seems to be positive. Customers enjoyed the food, particularly the Otoro sashimi and sushi, and praised the service provided by Michelle. The restaurant is commended for its well-done sweet potatoes and excellent recommendations for sake.
One customer had to wait a long time for their meal and found the fish quality to be lacking compared to another restaurant, but still gave credit to the hardworking servers. The lunch menu received positive feedback, especially the otoro don and maguro ribs. The wide selection of sashimi and seafood items is impressive, although the Japanese oysters were not as good of a choice.
The service provided by Michelle was highly praised for being friendly and patient in recommending dishes and sake. Despite the restaurant being crowded, the servers and chef were still attentive and friendly. The bento sets were deemed to be of good portion sizes and high quality, with reasonable prices.
