The overall customer experience of this place is mixed. There are many food choices available, but the taste of the food is just okay. Some specific dishes, like the begedil and teh C, were not satisfying.
The place has plenty of seats and ample parking area. On the positive side, the eatery is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The selection of authentic Malay foods is scrumptious and worth waiting in line for.
The prices are reasonable, with one customer paying $13.70 for their order. The lontong dish at Red Ginger is particularly enjoyable, with the right punch of chili and excellent gravy viscosity.
