Another customer had a negative experience with the matcha latte, as the first cup was all milk and the second cup had to be argued for with the staff. They considered it one of the worst Starbucks in Singapore.
On the other hand, another customer had a positive experience at the Starbucks outlet in Kallang Wave mall, where the crew was great and the drinks were good.
