Etern Medical Clinic at Sumang, located near an LRT station and at the void deck of an HDB, provides a convenient and pleasant experience for patients. The regular doctors and locum doctors are attentive and professional.
The nurses and staff are nice and polite, with the clinic being clean and offering a waiting area outside. Dr Lam Poh Huat received high praise for his exceptional care and skill in treating patients.
The clinic staff are helpful and accommodating, with the front counter able to converse in Malay. Overall, patients appreciate the thorough explanations and compassionate care provided by the doctors, especially Dr Lam.
