"Potential overcharging. When I compared with other workshop, the price of parts are much higher. And they always tell me to change a whole set of stuffs as opposed to the item that is damaged.

Went recently to repair for knocking sound coming from the front. Was told I need to change a range of parts which i had a feeling that they would not want to change just one part which could solve the problem, but rather want to find ways to increase the cost of repairs. But of course, I am no technical expert thus there's a disclaimer. it is my feeling as a consumer though.

I did the repair and the knocking sound was still there and whole car vibrates worse. Then I was told the other parts are spoilt and I need to change the whole set. I spend over 2k already and then told me the issue is due another part. I did not proceed because I am beginning to sense something.

I had no recourse since it's hard to proof anything. Definately will not recommend to others. Beware." - Review By Ivan
