"The Issue: - PC power button does not work. - PC cannot be turned on. - Need PC for work urgently.

What was Promised: - A driver will collect your PC for you. - Quick diagnosis and price to fix (motherboard) and upgrade. - Will deliver it back to me in 3 days.

The Good: - The driver came quickly. - Diagnosis relatively quick. - PC was fixed and upgraded as requested.

The Bad: - Driver just took the PC with no receipt. Had to pray it was not stolen. - Despite promises, PC was returned after a week. - The returning driver was rough with the PC. Casing was broken. - PC works but has a weird sound every 3 seconds. - Not cheap. - Missing cooling system. Letusrepair said they will notify me when the parts arrive (after CNY, 2 weeks). No word. Messaged them, no word. Payment for everything was already made. Asked them to refund me the cost of the cooling system. No word.
