Overall, the experience at this place seems to vary depending on the doctor you see. Greg received high praise for his ability to alleviate aches and pains during pregnancy and provide helpful advice for post-delivery care.
Bryan Lane was also commended for his professionalism and skill in addressing shoulder pain and posture issues. However, there was a negative experience with Dr Paul, who refused to see a 3-month-old baby even though the mother was running late due to unforeseen circumstances.
The lack of sympathy and flexibility in this situation left a negative impression on the reviewer. It seems that for certain doctors, the level of care and skill is excellent, but for others, there may be room for improvement in terms of understanding and accommodating unexpected situations.
It may be helpful for the staff to be more understanding and flexible, especially when it comes to appointments for young children. -
