"Sadly, VetMedic did not quite live up to their core value of being empathetic. We brought in our pregnant Chihuahua in the evening of 19 April 2024, and was told to go home and monitor, and let the dog conceive naturally, when the puppy was closed to delivery, the reason was that the clinic was closing for dinner break. We returned to the clinic only to have the puppy resuscitated and unfortunately it did not make it through the stressful ordeal. I believe the outcome would be different had the Vet shown more compassion. We will never return again to VetMedic." - Review By Ivan
