The concept of AWADH originated from a group of friends who, while enjoying their time at a resort pool and desiring kebabs and biryani to accompany their cocktails, came up with the idea. However, it was their genuine appreciation for the deliciousness and richness of Awadhi cuisine that motivated their strong aspiration to introduce the flavors of Lucknow in Singapore.
