Chef Vanness Chai formerly served as the Executive Dim Sum Chef at The St. Regis Singapore, where he received awards for his culinary skills. Meanwhile, Chef Sean Chai was the former Executive Chef at Crystal Jade Group Noodle and Congee. Combining their expertise, the two brothers have curated a wide range of delectable Dim Sum and Cantonese dishes on the menu at Chao Yue Xuan.
