After I made enquiries online , a staff by the name of Christine from Marina Square outlet, called to assist with my enquiries on a suitable fridge to replace the old one which broke down this morning. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and painstakingly took photos of the suitable models in the showroom which could fit into my existing fridge space.

With her assistance, I decided on the model, arranged for urgent delivery, redeemed the climate vouchers well in time to meet the urgent delivery cut off time for the day . Christine helped make my online shopping at Gain City a very smooth and effortless experience and I got my fridge replaced in a matter of hours without having me leave my home! Thank you Christine... you deserve a 5 star rating for your service.
