Overall, the customer experience at this place is mixed. The mall is generally accessible with an elevator and open entrances, along with an accessible washroom. However, some areas within the shops may not be wheelchair friendly due to narrow aisles.
There have been complaints about the staff's knowledge and helpfulness. In one instance, a staff member with a heavy Filipino accent incorrectly informed a customer that they couldn't try a lotion tester that was clearly labeled. Another customer had a question about mask sizes but was told by the cashier, who was the only staff member present, to find the answer themselves.
These experiences reflect poorly on the staff's level of knowledge and willingness to assist customers.
On a positive note, there was a compliment about the great counter service from an Indian lady cashier.
