"It is very true that they often hard sell. I have been with them for many years because I like my stylist. But I hate it whenever the manager try to hard sell me packages. Even I already have packages, they will always try sell you some other treatment packages. I remembered there is a time I refuse anything and when I leave, the manager was super rude to me.
