My English School is a series of English Enrichment Centres located throughout Singapore. It strives to foster the growth of inquisitive and imaginative students and encourage critical thinking skills from the ages of 2.5 years old to Primary 6. My English School offers two unique programs, the My English Reading Programme and the My Primary English Programme, both of which are developed in-house.

Overall, the customer experience at MES DTE seems to be very negative. Parents have expressed frustration with classes not being tailored to their child's level, teachers not being able to slow down the syllabus for struggling students, and a lack of responsiveness from management when providing feedback. Some children have even developed a fear of going to classes and dislike for certain subjects as a result.
