They started by training and hiring visually impaired therapists from the local community, believing they were well-suited for the job. Despite initial skepticism, My Foot Reflexology gained popularity quickly, with various media outlets covering their unique approach to customer service. Today, the company continues to train and employ individuals with disabilities as well as older workers with little skills or education.
