"I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this nail spa over the past few months. I signed up for a package and frequented the spa regularly as I live above the mall. The manager, Jenny, convinced me to purchase a nail strengthener package because my gelish nails wouldn’t last more than a week. Despite this, I still had to return multiple times for nail repairs, even after the strengthener was applied.

Each time I went back to fix my nails, I encountered poor customer service. The manager displayed an arrogant attitude. Today, she insisted I sign the customer log card and a disclaimer stating that repairs are not allowed after a week from the initial service. She told me right at my face that, If I needed repair after a week, I would have to pay an additional fee.

This approach to customer service is unacceptable. I trusted their recommendation, paid for the strengthener package, and now the manager claims I need to purchase yet another treatment package because my nails are still not strong. It feels like they are more interested in upselling than ensuring customer satisfaction.

I regret signing up for this package and would not recommend this spa to anyone looking for a professional and customer-focused" - Review By Elaine
