The overall customer experience of this place seems to be mixed. Many customers enjoyed the nice vibe and live music, as well as the food and comparatively affordable prices. However, some customers were not happy with the staff service, with some staff members being helpful while others were not attentive and caused delays in orders.
Despite this, customers still felt it was worth going to, especially around 8pm to sit outside and enjoy a drink with a view before moving inside for a small club vibe with live music. One customer had a negative experience due to miscommunication with the staff regarding the Entertainer App discount, and felt that the staff were rude and persistent in their mistake. This customer went there to relax and eat good food but ended up feeling fed up and irritated.
Another customer used the HSBC Entertainer discount and found the prawns, omelette, and chorizo to be decent, but regretted ordering the kebabs as they were tough and chewy with little flavoring. The service staff were also not too friendly, but the overall experience was alright due to the atmosphere and live band. Another customer enjoyed the great live band and good atmosphere, as well as the okay service from the bar.
They recommend going on Thursdays for cheap Singapore Slings. Overall, the place offers a mix of Filipino and Spanish dishes in a romantic location, serving cocktails, beer, and wine. However, there are limited options for vegans and vegetarians.
