The overall customer experience of the place seems to be mixed. Some customers had a decent experience with friendly staff, although they mentioned that the bojin massage was painful and the scalp massage was just okay. The massages were continuous without many breaks.
However, some customers were disappointed as they did not receive the before and after scalp analysis that they saw on social media and observed other new customers receiving it.
