Based on the customer reviews, the overall customer experience of the place seems to be mixed. Some customers were disappointed with the small size, lack of imaginative play, and repeated elements. They also found it inconvenient that adults cannot swap places or sit in the waiting area without paying.
Other customers, however, enjoyed bringing their kids to play at the place. They found the play area sufficient for the allocated 2-hour time slot and appreciated the seating lounge for parents.
