Tongue Tip Lanzhou beef noodles, a dish originating from Lanzhou in China's Gansu province, was first created by the Muslim Chinese (Hui) people and has been a part of their culinary heritage for many generations. The recipe for this dish has been passed down since the Tang Dynasty and it is made using Halal meats, fresh ingredients, and a premium stock made with a 15 spice blend. Tongue Tip recently opened its first outlet in Singapore, adding to its network of over 300 shops in China.
