Uncle Fong, the founder of the Michelin-starred restaurant PUTIEN, is an experienced gastronome who enjoys seeking out the highest quality ingredients and eating hot pot. He frequently traveled to Chongqing during his time in Hong Kong to experience authentic spicy hotpot and would try hidden gems recommended to him. His dedication paid off in 2015 when he finally discovered the perfect flavor he had been searching for, leading him to open a hot pot restaurant in Hong Kong featuring authentic Chongqing style soup made with carefully selected ingredients. In 2016, Uncle Fong's first hot pot restaurant opened in Hong Kong, providing hot pot enthusiasts in the city with an opportunity to enjoy his meticulously crafted soup anytime they desire.
