The Public Library at Level 4 of White Sands operates with specific hours and closures during holidays. It is closed at 5.00pm on the eves of Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year, as well as on Public Holidays. The library offers regular storytime sessions in English every Friday from 7.00-7.30pm, as well as on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month from 11.30am-12.00pm. Additionally, there are storytime sessions available in Chinese on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 7.00-7.30pm, in Malay on the 1st Tuesday from 3.00-3.30pm, and in Tamil on the 4th Thursday from 7.00-7.30pm. These storytimes are designed for children between the ages of 4 and 8.
