"Went to Novena branch on 11/22, the therapist that did my last perm is super gentle and good, didn’t get her name though… The manager (didn’t get her name) is horrible as her voice that trying to do hard selling super high pitch not gentle at all, everything you ask cannot, of course I did ask for super good discount and in the end she can’t meet and her unhappy response just simply ridiculous.
But again, SUPER CREDIT goes to the therapist that did the lash perm, she sweet and kind and soft spoken, I could have support you, but the budget just didn’t match. For the Novena manager, please learn how to be more accommodating and lower down your voice tone :) very deafening!" - Review By Ju*** -
