YAKINIQUEST is a Singapore-based restaurant that specializes in authentic yakiniku cuisine, particularly premium Wagyu beef cuts. The founders, Suguru Ishida and Tomoko, have dedicated a significant portion of their lives to exploring and documenting the best yakiniku dining experiences in Japan. The origins of the restaurant can be traced back to Tokyo almost twenty years ago when Mr and Mrs Ishida, along with three friends who shared their passion for yakiniku, embarked on a mission to uncover and record the most exceptional yakiniku establishments across the country. Throughout their journey, they visited over 2,000 specialty restaurants and meticulously documented each experience on YAKINIQUEST.COM, a website highly regarded by the Japanese foodie community.
